The Fertin Pharma graduate program is for talented graduates who want to develop a broad business understanding while working on real challenges across the organization. The program is based at our headquarter in Vejle and offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how different parts of a global company work together, while building your career locally.
We are hiring a small cohort of graduates, giving you close exposure to leaders, meaningful project responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact from the start. As a Fertin Pharma Graduate you will rotate across key functions and contribute to projects that support healthier living for consumers worldwide.
About the program
The program runs for two years and consists of three rotations across different parts of the organization. Possible rotations include:
• Finance (Business Planning and Business controlling)
• Strategy Office
• Commercial organization
• Project Management Office (PMO)
During each rotation you will work on real business challenges and collaborate with colleagues across the organization. At the end of each rotation, you will present your work and insights to leaders and stakeholders. The program begins with a structured onboarding period and ends with a consultancy project where you present strategic recommendations to management.

Who we are looking for
You are likely someone who:
• Is graduating in summer 2026 or has graduated within the last two years
• Holds a master’s degree
• Has an academic background within business, finance, economics, marketing or similar (e.g. cand.merc, cand-oecon, MSc in Economics & Business Admin, Finance, Strategy, Marketing or similar)
• Is curious about how a business works across functions
• Is motivated to take responsibility early in your career
• Is interested in building a career in Vejle
